Ordo Divini Aeonis

  3. Personal Growth and Responsibility: Strive for continuous self-improvement through the study and practice of the order’s teachings, self-reflection, and personal development. Take responsibility for your actions and work to address any negative patterns or behaviors.
  4. Confidentiality and Privacy: Respect the privacy of fellow members by maintaining the confidentiality of any personal information or experiences shared within the context of the order. Do not disclose sensitive information without the explicit consent of the individuals involved.
  5. Harm Reduction: Seek to minimize harm in all interactions, both within and outside the order. This means avoiding unnecessary physical harm, and avoiding any emotional or psychological harm towards others, as well as promoting peace and understanding in our daily lives.
  6. Environmental Stewardship: Recognize our interconnectedness with the natural world and strive to reduce our ecological impact through sustainable practices and a conscious awareness of our actions’ effects on the environment.
  7. Collaboration and Cooperation: Work collaboratively and cooperatively with fellow members, supporting one another in our spiritual journey and the pursuit of the order’s goals. Encourage an atmosphere of inclusivity, mutual assistance, and shared growth.
  8. Compliance with Laws: Obey all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to technology and bio-hacking, in the jurisdictions where the order operates or where its members reside.
  9. Accountability: Accept responsibility for any breaches of this Code of Conduct and Ethics, and be willing to address any issues or concerns raised by fellow members or the order’s leadership. Recognize that disciplinary action may be taken in cases of serious or repeated violations.

Stances

At the Ordo Divini Aeonis, we are not only committed to personal growth and spiritual development but also to creating a community that actively stands against discrimination, prejudice, and injustice. We firmly believe in the inherent value of every individual and the importance of equity and respect in our interactions.

Our stances are as follows:

Antiracist: We acknowledge the existence of systemic racism and its harmful effects on marginalized communities. As an antiracist organization, we actively work to identify, challenge, and dismantle racism within ourselves, our order, and our society. We strive to create an inclusive environment where all races and ethnicities are valued and celebrated.

Antiableist: We recognize that ableism perpetuates harmful stereotypes and discrimination against people with disabilities. Our order is committed to promoting accessibility, inclusion, and equal opportunities for all, regardless of physical or mental abilities. We seek to challenge and dismantle ableist attitudes and practices in ourselves and our society. Our goal is to never erase or speak over those with disabilities, and to instead do our part in ensuring those with disabilities have the autonomy to take control of their own lives.

Anti-homophobic and anti-transphobic: We believe that love and acceptance are core principles of our spiritual journey. We actively stand against homophobia, transphobia, and any form of discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity. We work to create a safe and inclusive space where LGBTQ+ individuals can thrive, express themselves, and grow spiritually.

Proactive Allyship: As members of the Ordo Divini Aeonis, we understand that it is not enough to be “not racist” or “not homophobic” or “not transphobic.” We must actively work to support marginalized communities, amplify their voices, and advocate for their rights. We are dedicated to educating ourselves and actively participating in efforts to promote justice and equality.
